  • Depression can be a very serious condition that affects thousands of individuals that involve children, teenagers, adults, and the elderly all around the world. However, there have been some myths that have followed through the hands of time that often make this condition one that is harder to understand. Another myth is that routine exercise can eliminate symptoms of depression.
