School, College, and Depression

When an individual faces the responsibility of having to maintain a busy schedule that can become overwhelming to handle, this is a problem that can occur whether the person is facing a busy high school schedule, college agenda, or even a heavy workload on their job.

There are many different reasons why a person might end up facing the symptoms of depression when it comes to the large amount of responsibilities that are involved when a person takes on the overwhelming load of handling school, college and work all at the same time. There are some people who have no choice but to grind away at a full-time daily job, and all the while plug away at their homework, studies, and tests that will normally have specific deadlines hanging overhead when projects must be turned in.

This alone can be very stressful, and it can cause a tremendous amount of worry and other fears that soon find the individual falling into the deep and dark hole of depression. If this is the situation you face, you should consult with your physician. They can diagnose your condition and offer suggestions that can relieve the stress you are going through.
