What are the Symptoms of Anxiety?

Due to different upbringing and medical history, symptoms of anxiety differ from one person to another. Excessive worrying, illness or stroke can increase the risk of anxiety. Anxiety is associated with mouth, stomach, vision, touch and sleep. The common symptoms of anxiety are: 
1. Nausea, feeling vomiting, headache
2. Severe back pain
3. Pain in stomach resulting in trembling
4. Feeling of frequent urination
5. Lack of concentration in day-to-day activities
6. Lack of sleep which causes irritability
7. Pain and tension in muscle
8. People suffer from chest pain due to anxiety
9. Feeling uneasiness in breathing
11. Feeling cold thereby resulting in flu
12. Fatigue throughout the day
13. Inflammation of skin in the area of face, neck, ears, scalps
14. Frightening without reason due to depression
15. Facing difficulty while swallowing food
16. Feeling swelling in tongue
17. Reduction in intake of food followed by weakness and weight loss
18. Waking up suddenly while sleeping due to some nightmare
19. Getting stressed without any reason
20. It may lead to constipation, diarrhea. 
Anxiety may cause blurred vision. Change in the body temperature, sensation of burning, feeling itchy, nervousness, palpitations of heart, developing night sweats, feeling of giddiness, tooth ache are some of the other symptoms of anxiety.
