Ways to Cope With Vacation Depression

Some ways to cope with vacation depression are:

    • After the vacation don’t just start your work in full pace. Perform work slowly and start with some easy routine. First get comfortable with the old routine and then only arrange for big meetings.
    • Return early from the vacation and manage all bills such as electricity, water, laundry. Take good and long sleep in the night.
    • Think about the good memories that you came across in vacation. Start planning for next outing. Think of the moments which made you all happy, which things worked well and what the wonderful moments of the vacation were. These thoughts will feel you with joy and make stress free which is the main reason behind depression.
    • It might happen that something’s may have gone wrong but don’t think about such things, always visualize positive parts of vacation.
    • Search for positive atmosphere in everyday life; try to remember the things that were appraised by people and what you enjoyed in that day.
    • Even after doing such things depression persist, and then make a plan to get rid of it. If necessary consult doctors and take some medicine. Also perform regular exercise to increase brain activity.
